Kalcor’s two-component system for interior plastic components provides a wide palette of colors and gloss for materials molded of ABS, Polycarbonate, ABS/PC blends, GTX and paintable nylons. These low HAPS solventborne urethane and urethane/acrylic blends require a low bake (30 minutes, 180F) cure cycle to provide a coating that is both durable, UV resistant and offers excellent scratch, mar and chemical resistance. Kalcor can tint this material for any shade from low gloss colors to rich metallics or subtle earth tones. The Kalcor 2K system provides flexibility without compromising performance.
