UV Curable Coatings

UV Curing is a fast-growing technology popular for a wide range of parts that need to be cured very rapidly, and made of materials that are especially sensitive to heat.

Since UV lamps cure coatings almost instantly, this approach also brings benefits like less susceptibility to dirt and contamination, less work in process and more compact paint lines - often lean cells dedicated to upstream molding or forming machinery.
