RUBBER/TIRE COATINGS
Inside Tire Lubricants:
Water based, 0% VOC ready-to-use inside tire lubricants which
provide lubricity and air bleed properties to meet tire manufacturer's
requirements.
Outside Tire Paints:
Water based, 0% VOC coatings for application to the uncured
sidewall of a tire prior to vulcanization. Its main benefit is its ability
to provide superior adhesion of rubber to rubber at splice junctions while
maintaining air bleed and minimizing "lights".
Slab/Pellet Dips:
Dry powder concentrates which when dispersed in water and applied to various slab and pellet stocks impart a non-tack or non-stick surface.
These products are non-dusting, low foaming, economical and
effective on most rubber stocks.
Defoamers:
Water based, 0% VOC defoaming agents containing liquid silicone designed to control foaming in slab and pellet dip tanks.
